A REALTOR Member of the Illini Valley Association of REALTORS is entitled to have all the rights relating to the benefits, priviledges and services of the Association which are specified in the governing documents of the Association, State and National Associations. These rights are provided and administered reasonably and without discrimination by the Association.

The objectives of membership are:

  • To encourage and foster higher ethical standards in our profession.

  • To take an active interest in the welfare of the community.

  • To develop service as the basis of worthy enterprise.

  • To interchange ideas, business methods and transactions with other REALTORS.

  • To oppose harmful legislation and to strive for legislation beneficial to real estate.

The benefits of membership are:
